A little run down but reasonably clean place and good location, many long-term foreigner stay here. 270 baht gets you a nice fan room. Wifi in most (but not all) rooms. Hot showers, even in the fan rooms. There is a convenience store right at the entrance, and a massage place downstairs. Self-service washing machines (20 baht a load) at the entrance.
