Very nice, big park. Lots of non-fenced woods, very easy to hide. There is quite a few people though, running around the track. There are also some homeless. There are rest huts, although they are likely to be occupied by homeless. There are public toilets. TIP : On the north side of the track, there are a few buildings. It is possible to go behind one of them and be VERY well hidden. It is not that well located (you need to take the train to get back into downtown Tokyo), but if you go to Nakano to see the shop where they sell things that people left on trains, it might be worth it, because you do not find these kinds of big parks in downtown Tokyo.
