Friendly atmosphere, unbelievably nice owners (after seeing that we didn''t finish one of our dishes at breakfast, they took it off our bill –– almost unheard of in China), very tasty food with huge menu, all freshly cooked by the owners children. Affordable massages (¥50/hour -- though they aren''t always open) and very nice staff. Toilets are outside, Chinese-style, without doors. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper. Smaller then Halfway, about 20 rooms. No heaters in the room, and the mattresses are almost painfully thin, but there are very thick warm blankets.
